All things diving and travelling, from one girl and her one fin exploring the world

About Me

Hi, I’m Rosie! I’m 25, from Manchester and there is a few things you should know about me…

  1. I’m addicted to travelling and scuba diving
  2. I studied Zoology and am just starting out in a career in wildlife conservation
  3. I have one leg! As you might have guessed from my name. I wear a prosthetic on land but under water it’s just me and my one fin.

Until a few years ago I was training as part of the GB Para-swimming team and my life revolved around swimming, training and competing. Now I am starting out on a new journey by training as a Dive Master in Nusa Penida, Bali. Starting January 2021!

2. Silfra, Iceland

Divers go here to dive between the Eurasian and North American continental plates. The water is supposedly so pure you can have a drink of it whilst diving.

3. Yucatan peninsula, mexico
